1. Definitions

Consumer: An individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Contract: The contract for the sale and purchase of Products between you and Dreikon, formed when Dreikon accepts your Order.

Order: Your request to purchase Products through the Site.

UK: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

2. Basis of Sale

2.1. All Products are described on the Site with information regarding ingredients, usage, and warnings. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2. Dreikon does not warrant that Product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders at our discretion (e.g., where Products are out of stock, pricing errors occur, or suspected fraud).

3. Ordering and Formation of Contract

3.1. To place an Order, you must:

• be a Consumer aged 18 or over,
• provide a valid delivery address in the UK,
• supply all required payment details.

3.2. When you place an Order, you will receive an email acknowledgement of receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your Order.

3.3. A Contract is formed when Dreikon sends you a confirmation email stating that the Product has been shipped.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT.

4.2. Payment must be made at the time of Order by credit/debit card or other methods indicated on the Site.

4.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed Orders.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout.

5.2. We aim to deliver within the estimated times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5.3. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1. Cancellation: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the Products.

6.2. Notify us via email at info@dreikon.eu before the 14-day period expires.

6.3. Return the Products in original packaging and unused condition within 14 days of cancellation.

6.4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, covering product price and standard delivery charges.

6.5. Return shipping is at your expense unless the Product is faulty or incorrect.

7. Product Use and Safety

7.1. Products are intended for personal care. Follow all usage instructions and warnings.

7.2. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have known skin conditions or medical concerns.

7.3. Dreikon is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or use contrary to instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Dreikon’s liability is limited to the remedies in these Terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.2. Nothing excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury due to negligence,
• fraudulent misrepresentation,
• any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All Site content is owned by or licensed to Dreikon and protected by IP laws.

9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1. We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

10.2. By ordering, you consent to data processing for contract fulfilment.

11. Termination

11.1. Dreikon may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
